Important Notes
- Presenters: At least one author per accepted paper must register by July 31, 2026
- Visa support: Invitation letters available upon registration
- Cancellations: Full refund until July 31 (minus £50 processing fee), 50% refund until August 1
- Payment: All payments are processed securely through Stripe
